Programs include: 1) Project Strength- A nutrition class offered at Seton Center. An eight week session of nutrition classes. Participants receive a free bag of groceries (for each class they attend), prepare a healthy meal, receive healthy recipes to prepare at home, learn how to prepare healthier meals on a tight budget, and most of all they have fun! The Wellness program has continuous sessions starting. Interested persons simply contact the Wellness Coordinator to sign up; 2) Weigh No More- An eight week course which focuses on developing healthy eating habits and promotes moderate physical activity that last a life time. There are no weigh-ins as this class does not focus on weight loss, however healthy eating habits are the focus which will lead to weight loss. There are some health screenings associated with this class such as cholesterol screenings, and blood pressure screenings. Interested persons should contact the Wellness Coordinator to sign up.
